In the late 1920’s this historic building was home to the Willys Knight, Whippet and Overland Dealership in Downtown Miami. In January 2015, the Pomeroy building was acquired by Grinda Investments for $2 million; an additional $2 million dollars was invested into structural renovations for the 2300 Square foot facility. The Pomperoy will now serve business, retail and office space.
